LWR Women’s Club continues to support their Adopted Charities

The Lakewood Ranch Women’s Club (LWRWC) presented their donations totaling  $32,000 in cash and $21,000 in-kind to their 501(c)(3) adopted charities at their General Meeting on Thurs., January 6, 2022, at the LWR Townhall.  The charities include HOPE Family Services, SMART (Sarasota Manatee Association for Riding Therapy), Solve Maternity Homes, and Children’s Guardian Fund (CGF).  The donations marked the culmination of a successful year of charity fundraising in spite of the pandemic!

The LWRWC members are thrilled to be able to help such worthwhile local charities that do so much for our community! 2022 is our LWRWC’s 25th Birthday and we are celebrating 25 years of charitable giving to those in need! “Fun, Friendship and Community Service is more than just the Women’s Club motto; it is who we are!
