Guardian ad Litem request for Birthday Gift Card from the Children's Guardian Fund

The Children’s Guardian Fund is returning to their pre-COVID procedures and mailing the $35.00 Walmart birthday gift cards directly to the Guardian ad Litem now that homes visits are occurring in-person.

Out-of-circuit counties (12th circuit: Manatee, Sarasota, Desoto) and out-of-state placements, the Walmart $35.00 birthday gift cards will be mailed directly to the child’s caregiver.

Birthday gift card requests are processed on the 1st of each month only. You may submit your request up to 3 months in advance. For example, in September you may submit an October, November, or December gift card.
