Matthew C. Rzepa Jr. is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner practicing in Sarasota as a Principal at CFO Integrity, an outsourced accounting and consulting firm. As a seasoned public accountant, he specialized in assurance for several industries including construction, manufacturing, and not-for-profit. In addition to serving clients’ day-to-day accounting needs, he is retained by clients to investigate and report on myriad forensic accounting engagements involving known or suspected fraud. His Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) training and experience lend themselves to a very strong working knowledge of internal controls, especially as they relate to integrating information technology and process improvement.
Matthew volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem with the 12th Judicial Circuit Court, advocating for children embroiled in the dependency court system. He is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, ACFE, and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Locally, he is a member of Braden River VFW Post 12055, where he also serves to chair the finance committee. Matthew is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran, happily married to his wife Michele and living in Bradenton with their sons Declan and Asher.
