Despite social distancing and working from home – our Children’s Guardian Fund team is here for you.
We realize that many of the families we serve together are facing financial challenges. For this reason, we have compiled a list of resources that can help with essentials.
As you review these resources, please bear in mind that this is a rapidly evolving situation, so be sure to check back for updates often and advise caregivers to call agencies BEFORE going to their location.

Also, schools in Sarasota, Manatee, and Desoto Counties are serving lunch and breakfast for the next day to students 18 and younger. You can learn more about this program by visiting the school district website.
Community funds to assist families affected by COVID 19, including, rental assistance, utility bills, childcare, transportation, food vouchers, or other crucial expenses will become available. However, to be eligible, the person must become a client of one of the nonprofits that also provides case management services.
